WORKSHOPHeartDance is a creative and liberating journey through movements and rhythms, where we explore the different energies in our body and being. Emphasizing playfulness, pleasure & letting go, we bring ourselves back to moving freely, naturally and connected, back to our heartspace and joy. HeartDance functions as a gateway to the ecstasy in body and soul.
ABOUT ELIN AMBIKA HAUGEN
Elin Ambika Haugen is educated as a drama-teacher from Høgskolen in Oslo. She has been working as a freelance actress and dancer for more than 10 years, in Norway and in Israel. Elin has her background from contemporary dance, and has trained in different styles of dance & movement, such as Butoh, Contact Impro, 5-rhythms, yoga & meditation. She has dance teaching training from Liat Dror& Nir Ben Gal Dance-company in Israel.
Her years of experience and passionate relationship with dance and meditation have developed into HeartDance - her own approach to dance as natural expression. HeartDance has run as weekly dance classes in Bergen for the past four years.
