Rui Horta is back! In his third collaboration with Carte Blanche, Norway’s national company for contemporary dance, the award winning Portuguese choreographer Rui Horta brings his best known production, Object Constant, up to date.

Undefined boundaries between audience and performers, text that sways above the dance, mysterious personal statements given with passionate nerve, lights that conceal as much as they illuminate. All this describes the piece Object Constant, which was first presented by S.O.A.P. dance theatre in Frankfurt and has since been performed all over the world. This is known by many as the piece that has influenced a whole generation of dancers and choreographers, not least through Horta’s typically powerful and intense choreographic style.
